Rohm was opposed to many of Hitler's policies. he criticised his links to the rich, army generals and industrialists. He wanted more social poloices to tax the rich and help out the working classes. Many SA members were loyal to him giving him the chance to speak out about hitler a lot.
The German High Command hated the SA and believed by killing Rohm it would show the generals that Hitler was on their side and woruldn't allow it. The ** leader Himmler suggested Rohm hated Hitler and was planning to overthrow leadership…
