What happened?
- Gustav Kahr (leader of the Bavarian government) had been speaking for 30 minutes in a beer hall in Munich when there was movement in the audience...
- The SA marched in causing Kahr to stop talking...
- Hitler came in after the SA so he had everyone's attention. He got up on the platform and explained what was happening...
- Hitler went into a seperate room to try to convince Ludendorff and 3 other men to join the Putsch. He tried everything, but eventually he had to go and talk to the audience.
- He pretended that he had the support of Kahr and the 3 others hoping that they would come out and agree...
- All 4 men spoke, confirming that what Hitler said was true; they were supporting the Putsch.
- Hitler then let Kahr and his colleages go after the talk in the Beer Hall, while he…
