The Project Life Cycle
Target Audience - The people who will be using the product/service/system.
Purpose - The reason why something is created.
User Requirements - These are what the client wants the product/service/system to do.
Computer Legislation
Intellectual Property - Creative work which can be treated as an asset or phyical property. Intellectual property rights fall principally into four main areas; copyright, trademarks, design rights and patents.
Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 - Gives the Creators of some types of media rights to control how they're used and distributed. Music, books, video and software can all be covered by copyright law.
