Eye Colour
Let's say...
B=brown eyed - This is the DOMINANT allele.
b=blue eyes - This is the RECESSIVE allele
If we say that the mother's genotype is BB ( meaning her phenotype is brown eyes) and the father's genotype is Bb ( meaning his phenotype is also brown eyes. To calculate the likelihood of the offspring/child having blue/ brown eyes we can use a Punnett Square to show the possibilities.
