What is Prejudice?

It is an ATTITUDE OF MIND. It means PREJUDGING SOMEONE or have a STEROTYPE about them that isn't based on fact e.g. women are not good at driving.

What is Discrimination?

It means ACTING ON your prejudice and unfairly treating someone e.g. not giving a woman a job as a bus driver because you think all women are bad at driving.

PREJUDICE LEADS TO DISCRIMINATION

Prejudice is based on a personal aspect of someone e.g. their age, their sex, their race, their nationality, their sexual orientation, their religious beliefs.
