Background information:

In this scenario,you have approached the kitchen and found your friend who has accidently cut themselves with a knife whilst cooking something and they now feel faint.

First of all I would assess the scene by checking to see if the area is safe and I would do this by moving the object, which in this case is the knife, away from myself and the casualty and check to see other dangers such as spills or electricals plugged in so then I can make the area as safe as possible and also make sure the area around the casualty…
