Hi, I'm doing A2 French at the moment, your phrase is fine gramatically - apart from not needing the second de in the phrase after beaucoup:

ie. beaucoup de fruits et legumes...

Also in the first phrase parce que doesn't need a hyphen! :) 

It seems a little silly to use important twice in the first phrase as well - you could change it to:

Il est necessaire de manger equilibre parce que la sante est important (you could also add dans la vie (in life) to the end - would be a nice touch)
