Nucleus - controls activities in the cell and has genetic material
Mitochondria - releases energy by respiration
Cell Membrane - Controls what goes in and out of cell
Cytoplasm - where chemical reactions take place
Ribosomes - Make all the protein the cell needs
PLANT CELLS HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME but also:
Vacuole - stores water to keep cell rigid
Cell wall - made of cellulose and adds strength to the cell
Chloroplasts - do photosynthesis
