Organisms are either eukaryotes or prokaryotes:
Eukaryotes are multicellular organims that have their DNA enclosed in a nucleus (They have a 'true' nucleus.)(Plants, Animals).
Prokaryotes are single-cellular organisms. (Bacteria)
Prokaryotes are much smaller than eukaryotes.
