Blessed are poor in spirt for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
eg. Mother Theresa(humility, modesty)

Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted.
eg. Mickey Harte(do not grieve for their own loss, but loss of the world,show sorrow for others)

Blessed are the meek for they shall posses the land.
eg. Fredrich Oznam (put others and God first, put concerns of others before their own)

Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after justice for they shall have their fill.
eg. Martin L King(desire for religious and moral perfection and hunger for equality and justice)
