Where and to whom was Marks Gospel written?

Jesus was crucified in the year 33AD (roughly)

The first Gospel was wrote in the year 65-70 AD

In rome (64AD) Nero burnt down Rome and blamed it on the Christians so they were killed

However eye witnesses wrote an account of what happened, one of these eye witnesses was Mark. His accounts were preserved to the Romans.

Mark was a greek writer, in his writing there were several adaptations to jewish terms and concepts.

In addition, there were translations of aramaic words - this supports the theory of Mark and Peter being friends with eachother.
