Laws put in place that look like they are for the working class, when in reality they benefit the ruling class and benefit capitalism.

Capitalism causes greed, selfishness and it becomes a survival of the fittest, creating ineqaulities. Capitalism produces poverty which leads to crime.

Own the means of production and exploit the working class.

Have the ability to use the law to criminalise working class activities.

Not based on value consensus, they reflect the ruling class.
