11(1) A person is guilty of an offence if he obtains services for himself or another

Not defined by the act but exsamples given such as:
Flase credit card details to gain services online, Climbing over a wall to watch a football match without paying
Only needs to obtain the service doesnt need to show they have decived anyone

AR OSD 'Not paid for'
Offence only committed if D doesnt pay for anything or not in full
Even if they have made a false statement but paid in full then they havent committed OSD

MR OSD Dishonesty
Gosh Test - 1) Was D dishonest as per the ordinary standards of a reasonable and honest person? and 2) Did D realise the act would be regarded as dishonest by reasonable people?

MR OSD 'knowledge'
Must know that the services are available on the basis that payment is made for them

MR OSD Intention not to pay
Prosecution must prove that the D intended not to pay or pay in full
