Cells

Eukaryotic cells are complex. All Animal and Plant cells are eukaryotic.

Prokaryotic cells are smaller and simpler. Bacteria are prokaryotic cells.

Animal Cell

• Nucleus - Contains DNA.
• Cytoplasm - Where most of the chemical rections happen.
• Cell Membrane - Controls what goes in and out of the cell.
• Mitochondria - Where most aerobic respiration happens, transfers energy.
• Ribosomes - These are where proteins are made in the cell.

Plant Cell

A plant cell has everyhting an animal cell has including these :

• Cell Wall - Made of cellulose, supports the sell and strengthens it.
• Permanent Vacuole - Contains cell sap.
• Chloroplasts - Where photosynthesis happens, this makes food for the plant.
