TWOCing = Taking Without users Consent a step down from theft
D was charged with attempted TWOC of a motor cycle. He was aside it, pushing it towards a
motorway. The magistrates convicted him as charges (attempting to commit the offence, even
though they were satisfied that he committed the full offence. It was held by the divisional
4 men were on a boat with no food and were all very close to dying of starvation. 1 of the men
was beyond the point of recovery so 2 of the other men killed him with intent to eat his body.
Once they had killed him the last man decided to eat him as well. The 2 men that killed the
other one were convicted of murder but the last one wasn't because cannibalism is not a crime
­ murder is.
