Training delivery relating to project management.

Advantages

  • Everyone gets the opportunity to learn how to use the project to it's full potential
  • Everyone has the opportunity to ask questions if they are unsure.
  • Everyone has the opportunity to know how to  understand the steps that are taken.
  • People know why we are running the project and what is important about the project.
  • It allows everyone to learn a new skill.

Disadvantages

  • Sometimes, it can be hard if there is not a good Wi-Fi connection.
  • It is time consuming because you have to allow people the time to learn about the project and what is needed from the project.
  • Not everyone is available at the exact same time.

Evaluation

In conclusion, delivering training is good because it allows people to learn about what the project is, why we are doing the project and how to use the project to its full potential.  However, it can be time consuming because you cannot guarantee that everyone will be in at the same time and people need to have the time to learn about the project as everyone learns at different paces, for example, some people can take in information quicker than others.
