Triangular Trade
- Main English ports involved in slave trade
  - London
  - Liverpool
    - traded mostly with North Africa
    - 80% of Slave Trade
    - Ship building
  - Bristol
    - Centre of Sugar and Slave Trade
    - Built from money from Atlantic trade
- ships took cotton cloth guns + manufactured goods to west Africa where they were exchanged for slaves
  - in the west Indies slaves were sold to plantations
    - rum sugar and molasses taken back to England
