    • Impact and discovery
      • There was renewed interest in the writings of Ancient Greek and Ancient Roman writers.
      • People were willing to challenge old ideas.
      • Artists were encouraged to take part in dissections of human bodies.
      • More Schools in 16th and 17th centuries.
      • The Royal Society was formed in 1660, it aimed at developing scientific understanding
    • Very little changed in the actual practice of medicine during ths period.
