- Assault
- MR: Intention or recklessness to cause another to apprehend immediate unlawful force
- AR: Any act that causes another to apprehend immediate unlawful force
- S18 - GBH
- MR: Intention to cause GBH or resist arrest
- AR: Wounding or causing GBH. Wounding means the breaking of two layers of skin (JCC v Eisenhower)
- Battery
- MR: Intention or recklessness to apply unlawful force on another
- AR: The application of unlawful force on another
- S20 - GBH
- MR: Intention or recklessness to cause another some harm. D doesn't need to intend or be reckless about causing a wound or GBH, some harm occurring is enough (Parmenter)
