XYY limited STRENGTH- Theilgaard (1984)
Took blood samples from 30K+ men. 12 had XYY and they found that they had slightly lower than average intelligence and were more aggressive. More similarities than differences for XXY and XYY = limited evidence for XYY as opposed to XXY being aggro

XYY STRENGTH- Jacob et al (1965)
Suggested that men with XYY = more aggressive and there was an over-representation of XYY in prisons. Suggested = 15 XYY men for every 1000 prisoners. Also thought to make men overtly aggressive and lack empathy
2 of 6
XYY limited STRENGTH- Stochholm et al (2012)
Studied 161 XYY men and 934 XXY men aged 15-70. When controlled on background variables, differences between XXY/XYY men were very limited. However, they still showed an increase in some areas like sexual abuse and arson
3 of 6
XYY WEAKNESS- Witkin et al (1976)
5491 Danish men and found only 12 cases of XYY. Also, there was no difference between XYY and XXY in terms of significance.
4 of 6
