The names we give to people, places, objects, feelings, ideas, etc.

Proper, common (which splits into) concrete, abstract, collective.

Nouns reffering to specific people or places.

Nouns reffering to types of people, places, feelings etc.

Nouns reffering to things that physically exist.

Nouns reffering to things that do not physically exist: feelings, ideas etc.

Nouns reffering to groups of people, animals or objects.

What are adjectives?
Words used to describe nouns.

What is a comparative adjective?
Adjectives used to compare. (e.g. Better.)

What is a superlative adjective?
Adjectives used for extreme comparison. (e.g. Best).
