Dukkha is caused by craving. Dukkha is an extremely difficult word to translate so is usually just translated to suffering. Although this is one of the 3 Lakshanas the Buddha never denied that you cant be happy, it will just come to an end.

Meaning and causes of Anicca
Anicca means impermanence and that everything is constantly changing. Or is a constant state of flux, nothing lasts forever. Good example of this non permanence is of a flower.

Meaning and Causes of Anatta/ Anatman
Means non permanent self. We will not last forever, however many religions such as Hinduism argued there is a soul the Buddha him self, disagreed with this. The self is dependent on five SKANDHAS all of which are changing.
