Protein
I'm found in meat, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, cereals and pulses. I help in growth, healing and energy. Without me you'd have limited growth and your body wouldn't heal well

I provide and store energy, as well as insulate the body, protect organs and the skeleton.I also help provide vitamins A,D,E,K. Im found in fats, oils, suet, nuts, egg yolk,oily fish, meat, margarine and dairy foods

I provide energy and i'm sourced from bread, cereal, vegetables, fruit and sugars. Without me you will have no energy

I help you see in the dark and prevent you from being blind i'm sourced from animal products such as oily fish and plant products like carrots

I help absorb calcium which makes your teeth and bones strong. Im commonly found in fish liver oils, liver, oily fish, milk and margarine. Without me you could end up with rickets

i keep your cell membranes healthy and prevent you from suffering from heart disease i'm found in peanuts, lettuce, vegetable oils and seeds i prevent you from getting muscle damage and swollen fat tissue.

I help your blood clot after an injury and i'm found in loads of foods especially green leafy vegetables. Its rare to get a deficiency from me but babies are the most likely suffers and their blood will fail to clot

its good, but should be the oppisite way round as you should read the defintion then figure out what nutrient you are
