What is organisational culture?
The way that an organisation "does thing"

Influence spread out from a central figure or group

It is where the directors or managers are at the top of a pyrmaid and the operatives are likely to be near the bottom

It is the shortlisted candidates results in one of those people invited to interview being chosen to have that job

Organisational culture would diminish, loose customers, quality and output would go down and would be expensive

What is a advanatage and disadvantage of role culture?
A advanatge is they concentrate on just their role and in their role they can develop strengths. A disadvantage is that they are not very flexible, not working in a team, not the support from others and won't have communication with others involved

What are two types of hierachical staffing structure pyramids?
A tall skinny pyramid or a short and wide pyramid. The short and wide pyramid may mean that the needs and views of the operatives are more easily made known to managers. The tall skinny pyramid would mean that it may be harder for views to be heard
