Aerobic Respiration?
(is in the presence of oxygen) - there is a constant supply of carbon dioxide, the body continues on activity for a long period of time.

Aerobic respiration equation?
glucose + oxygen = energy + water + carbon dioxide + heat

Anerobic respiration
(is in the absence of oxygen) - when blood cannot supply enough oxygen to the working muscles, short burst activity aka sprint.

Anerobic respiration equation?
Glucose = Energy + Latic Acid

Excertion (The recovery period)
going to the toilet to get rid of excess waste, aka latic acid

Expiration (the recovery period)
breathing out removes the carbon dioxide

temperature control, removes excess heat and water aka sweat
