This a a Business term for system of agreeing objectives so that everone moves forward in a consistant manner. Mangers set and pass on objectives that have been formed based on statergic plans

What is situational and contingency?
This is a theory intoduced by Blanchard and Hersey in 1969 who stated taht leaders(or managers) personality and behaviour links to the situation they are in. A good leader will change his or her leadership style to suit the circumstances

Functional and action-centred
a model of team leadeship and managment in 1979. it is represented in the form of ven digarams which covers three core resposibilties (achieving a task, managing a team or group, managing individuals )

proactive leadership, considers bigger picture, Takes a strategic view , motivates emploees to achieve objectives by setting high standards
