continous training
continous exercise is where there are no resting periods. There is high intensity interval training.

high intensity and low intensity. This is used in anaerobic training.

running different paces until exhaused and cant run anymore.

circuit
a planed out curcuit for running changing direction improving mobility and strength.

this involves lifting weights. They can be lifted repetative with light weights or heavy weights with one push up.
