There is high intensity interval training. 1 of 6 fartlek periods of running fast and periods off running slow. 2 of 6 interval high intensity and low intensity. This is used in anaerobic training. 3 of 6 hiit running different paces until exhaused and cant run anymore. 4 of 6 circuit a planed out curcuit for running changing direction improving mobility and strength. 5 of 6 weight this involves lifting weights.
