When checking in CCM must show form to FSM/CSS before allocation of working positions. FSM will ensure this helps cabin crew member gain lots of experience. Hand form to manager for review after probation

Attestation of initial training
Issued on final day of the course to comply with EASA standards. Must be in possession of attestation. Has unlimited duration.

Operator conversion, aircraft type specific and differences course
A new aircraft type/variant qualification record is issued to each cabin crew member.

CCMs name and attestation number along with the statement ".. if applicable with Part - ORO"

Cabin crew familiarization flights
Only to be completed after completion of operator training and aircraft type specific, or following a refresher course. Not needed if ccm has had an aircraft visit

CC on familiarisation flight are not considered part of the minimum required crew. Familiarisation form must be completed and returned to central administration team

Annual recurrent courses
Each CCM is required to attend scheduled recurrent training course for fleet required within 12 months of new hire course.

can be completed prior to attending the course.

Tri-annual recurrent courses
Every 3 years CCM is required to complete additonal specific elements within scheduled recurrent training

Tri-annual recurrent course includes
fire and smoke, slide raft, relevent door/exit drills.

Recency qualification **
Must have operated on each aircraft type within the last 90 days for cabin crew within their first year and 180 days for longer than a year. If not, they must complete a recency exam.

Grooming
Flat shoes, uniform/hair/jewelry must be to uniform standards during all practical sessions.
