Knowledge: Derived from information by applying rules to it.

Encoding is applying codes to the data reducing its size

What are the advantages of encoding?
It takes up less storage space, easing transferable, easier to back

What are the disadvantages of encoding?
Easily stolen, training needed, security problem, viruses etc.
