What do Design Templates contain?

They provide the design (positioning of items, font types and sizes, backgrounds), you just simply have to add your own content

You can animate the way material goes onto a slide, you can also create you own animations and add them to a presentation

Alter the way the slide appears on the screen, alters the speed at which the slide appears, gets the computer to make a sound when the slide appears

What is narration?

Narration is speech that is recorded about each slide. This is a useful tool when there is no one present whilst the presentation is running

These are notes that accompany the slide for the aid of the presenter, These notes can also be printed out and given to the audience for additional information

What are printer formats?

because it is always a good idea to provide the audience with a copy of the presentation, the software enables the presenter to print 2,3,4,5 or 6 slide per page

What are the advantages of presentation software?

Makes the presenter look more professional, can print out slide so everyone can have a copy, full multimedia capability in their presentation, can be sent to people who couldnt make the presentation, can be projected -presentation can be played anywh

What are the disadvantages of presentation software?

The files for presentations are extremely large so need a lot of memory, audience can get fed up of the effects, can take long time to set up, concentrate more on the presentation than the information, can cause annoyance with music and animations
