Jealousy
Iago has professional and personal jealousy, Bianca's suspicions and Othello's raging jealousy. Emilia's assessment of jealousy is that it is negative and destroys love.

Men and Women
Power is important to all relationships in the play. Desdemona and Emilia are destroyed by their femininity but this can also be said for the majority of the male characters too.
