Ask a question, suggest an answer, make prediction/hypothesis, carry out tests
1 of 5
How do scientist check if their results are valid?
The results are sent to peers and they carry out the same experiment and check for the same results. it is then published in a scientific journal
2 of 5
Are scientific results always right?
No, as some of the scientists doing the same experiment may get the same wrong results which would mean flawed work will be published. Also as time goes by, with technology evolving dramatically, new predictions can be made.

Why are labs the best place to carry out an experiment?
the controls can be monitored and kept constant. this will make the results as vaild and reliable as possible.
