1. The living standards were embarrassingly different. (pronounced by the Deutche Mark) 2. Boundaries at Yalta and Potsdam were not discussed. 3. Stalin angry at the competition USA was making.

NATO signed by Britain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg to support each other in war.
