Testes
Organs that sit in a sac that hang behind the penis. Their main job is to make and store sperm and to produce testosterone.

Epididymis
tightly coiled mass of thin tibes that carries sperm from the testes to the ductus deferens. The head of the epididymis stores sperm until it is ready for maturation.

Prostate gland
a gland that is located between the bladder and penis. The urethra runs through the middle of it allowing urine to flow out of the body. Its function is to secrete prostate fluid which is a component of semen.

Seminal vescile
hold the liquid that mixes with sperm to from semen. it combines fluid from the epididymis, seminal vesicles, prostate gland and vas deferens to create fructose. This helps the sperm swim towards the egg and keep them nourished.

Vas deferens
A long muscular tube that goes from the epididymis to just behind the bladder. It transports mature sperm from the epidiymis to the urethra.

Smoking can affect the quality of a persons sperm so stopping this could be important. A healthy diet and regualr exercise are also important as this could help the sperm be of better quality.
