These are symbols that appear on care labels and show the way the fabric or clothing should be cared for. The labels are not legal requirments however protect the retailer/manufacturer

Anthropometric Data 1
This term refers to the scientifically accurate way of measuring the human body. Both these ways will be on two seperate cards. The measurements are concerns with the size of the human body and the space teh body needs to function.

Anthropometric Data 2 - Static Dimensions
Static Dimensions are those that are taken when the body is standing still.

Anthropometric Data 3 - Dynamic Dimensions
Dynamic Dimensions are those which are taken when the body is in motion.

Applique
A technique in which shaped pieces of fabric are sewn or bonded onto a background fabric. The can be decorated further with any kind of embroidered decoration or trimmings.
