Dip wire into concentrated HCl acid, then solid compound and put into Bunsen flame => Crimson flame

Melts 0 C, boils 100 C. Turns anhyrous copper (II) sulphate crystals blue

Add bromine water - turns colourless

Heat and it changes from green to black + CO2 produced
