What do calcium and other minerals do to our body?
Calcium and other minerals make the bone strong but slightly flexible.

What do red blood cells carry?
Red blood cells carry oxygen around the body in the blood.

What do white blood cells carry?
white blood cells are involved in destroying harmful microorganisms in your body

Where are red blood cells made?
These cells are made in the bone marrow. This is soft tissue inside our larger bones which is protected by the hard part of the bone which surrounds it.

What are joints?
Bones are linked together by joints. Most joints allow different parts of the skeleton to move. The human skeleton has joints called synovial joints.

What are the different types of joints, what are they used for?
Hinge joint, knee or elbow and ball and socket, shoulder and hips

What are the movements?
Hinge joint is no rotation and ball and socket is back and forth.

How do muscles work?
Muscles get shorter,contract. Muscles are attached to bones by strong tendons.

Can muscles push or pull?
They can only push as muscles in pairs, called antagonistic muscles.

How does an antagonist muscle work?
One relaxes 2 contracts and then 2 relaxes and 1 contracts.
