Treatments that involves attempts to change or restructure a persons thoughts or beliefs

(A mixture of the two methods above) Combines cognitive therapy to try to modify or eliminate unwanted thoughts / beliefs with behavioural therapy to try to modify behaviour in response to those thoughts

Biofeedback
A technique that aims to reduce ANS activity by controlling involuntary muscles e.g. heart through the use of feedback (from a machine) about current psychological functioning e.g. heart rate / blood pressure
