Security

You will go through staff security not passenger security

Gatehouse is at gate 13 and get there at least an hour before report time.

Reporting for a flight

cabin crew required to check in 2 hours before STD, sign crew list to confirm they have read and understood company updates and email. Make sure they are in check and are fit to operate. Theres 10 mins allocation for updating company communications

Pre-flight briefings

FSM/CSS conduct a safety AvMed briefing. An intro safety briefing is required which covers considerations for the flight to be operated

Leaving outstation

Be at the departure gate: A330/A340/787 - 65 Mins, 747 - 75 mins

Briefing in abnormal circumstances

if less than min required crew follow these procedures; must be a min 5 crew present inc FSM, board aircraft and carry out all pre-flight safety and security checks, prepare toilets, galleys and cabin, breifing will be conducted in A zone.
