Cognitive-Learner
Forms a mental image, has a limited attentional capacity, may be some trialand error, often with limiter consistency, flow or success.

Cognitive- Teacher
Demonstrates the straight drive and explains cues, instructions brief, positive reinforcement.

Associative-Learner
Develops via practice and feedback, learns how to complete each stage of the skill, errors still occur but come more consistant, internal feedback/kineasthetic awareness, stay longer than cognitive and somewill never progress out of it.

Associative- Teacher
Encourage learner to practice in a variety of conditions, may break skills into parts, external feedback using demonstrations and external feedback.

Autonomous-Learner
Executes skill with a great degree of competence, performs automatically, spare attentional capacity, great use if kinaesthetic information and has the ability to teach themselves.

Autonomous- Teacher
Any external feedback can focus on minor alterations using quite complicated verbal feedback.
