What is the IF function?
The IF function sets the cell value depending on the result of examining a condition. IF condition is true THEN value 1 ELSE value 2.

What are the MAX and MIN functions?
The MAX and MIN functions find the largest or the smallest value stored in a group of cells.

What is the SUM function?
The SUM function calculates the total of a group of selected cell values.

What is the AVERAGE function?
The AVERAGE function calculates the average of a group of selected cell values.

What is the COUNT function?
The COUNT function will count the number of cells containing data out of selected cell values.

What is Absolute Cell Reference?
The absolute cell reference is a cell address that contains a $ sign in the row or column coordinate, or both. It tells excel that the Cell Reference is not a relative reference, but an absolute reference.

Why is testing a spreadsheet important?
It is important to test a spreadsheet so you can find and remove any errors in the spreadsheet, and to test that when you enter a new value the calculations related to it will adjust automatically.

What steps can be taken to ensure results produced are accurate?
You can Manually calculate answers with a calculator to check your answers are correct, and enter new values to ensure the spreadsheet will calculate new answers using these values
