What are the features of a Spreadsheet?
Spreadsheet packages have a number of common features: perform calculations&recalculations automatically, allow results to be displayed in tabular or graphical format, a table divided into rows&columns to produce cells &consist of no. of worksheets

What is the MIN function?
The MIN function finds the smallest value stored in a group of cells. Eg =MIN(C3:C8)

What is the MAX function?
The MAX function finds the largest value stored in a group of cells. Eg =MAX(C3:C8)

What is the AVERAGE function?
The AVERAGE function calculates the average of a group of selected cell values. Eg AVERAGE(C3:G3)

What is the SUM function?
The SUM function calculates the total of a group of selected cell values. Eg =SUM(C4:G4)

What is the COUNT function?
The COUNT function counts the total numbe rof entries in the table. Eg how many cells contain data in them.

What is the IF function?
The IF function sets the cell value depending on the result of examining a condition.

What is Absolute Cell Referencing?
An Absolute Cell Reference is a cell address that contains a dollar sign($) in the row or column coordinate, or both. When you enter a cell reference in a fomula, Excel assumes it is a relative reference unless you change it to an absolute reference.

What is Data Validation?
Data validation makes it possible to control the values input into a given cell. In the data validation settings dialogue, you can define the data type (whole number) and range check
