Is a question of weather the test is accurate of weather the test is accurate. It is important to ensure the procedure is correctly maintained for ALL individuals

What are The Limitations Of Fitness Testing...
Tests are often too general, don't replicate competitive situations, must be carried out with the correct procedures to increase validity, reliability can be questionable if subject not fully motivated.

What Is Quantitative Data?
This refers to actual values and reading and is normally in number form.

What is Qualitative Data?
This refers to open-ended testing procedures and less structured protocols e.g. interviews/observations
