Sociologists- study groups and influence on human life. Psychological- focus on individuals and things like mental illness

Sociological- view behaviour as cultural rather than biological. Biological- look for biological causes or characteristics when studying human behaviour

What is a sociological approach compared to journalistic?
Sociological- must select and use evidence in balanced way or may be criticised. Journalistic- research is less thorough and may be biased
