Popper - Sees science as open community free to challenge and develop new ideas.
Kuhn - Sees scientists as conformists as they blindly follow the paradigm without questioning.

Where there is overwhelming evidence to reject an existing paradigm, a new one is created.
E.g. Newton's law of Universal gravitation being replaced by Einstein's theory of relativity.- Wouldn't consider
