That the mere presence of other raises arousal as it is an innate reaction. The larger the rise in arousal, the more likely a performers dominant response is. This will then benefit autonomous performers and people learning gross simple skills

Practicing in front of a crowd, mental rehersal to lower arousal, positive self talk, overlearn skills to increase chance of social facilitation, selective attention, confidence building activities will raise self-efficacy
