Obedience
Following direct orders from somebody with high authority.

Agentic State
Allowing somebody else to direct your behaviour and assume that responsibility passes to that person. Act as an agent for others.

Autnomous State
They are direct in their own behaviour, and take responsibility for the results - they have the power.

Social Categorisation
Involved grouping other people into social categories.

Social Identification
The individual psychologically identifies with their in-group, adopting their group norms and values.

Social Comparison
Involving the comparison betweent the in-group and the out-group.

In-group
The group you believe yourself to be a member of.

Out-group
The group you are not a member of and are outside of your group.
