Rewarded using tokens, required behaviour identified. No oppurtunity to withdraw unless they want no rewards! Ensure system isn't abused. Rewards shouldn't be necessities..Staff need training

Knowledge builds on existing theories. A researcher looks at a theory an from it generates a hypothesis - deduced from a theory. A theory,creating hypothesis based on theory, testing it and then accepting or rejecting the theory accordingly.
