TLC. Tendons, ligaments and cartalige

What do the tendons, ligaments and cartildge do?
Tendons link muscle to bone, ligaments link bone to bone and the cartalige acts as a buffer between joints

Hinge jont, ball and socker joint and piviot.

What types of movement occur at a hinge joint?
Flexion and extension

What types of movement happens at a ball and socket joint?
Abduction, adduction, flexion, extension and rotation
