Remove dipstick and wipe oil off with cloth, put back into holder and take out and look at the high / low marks (should be in between) but no overflowing as could damage engine

Check by looking at high or low level marks on the radiator header tank, if low, top up with water + antifreeze mix only when cold as opening when hot could cause serious injuries

Brake fluid has to be between high / low marks, if low top up with correct fluid told in your cars manual
